Manager of the commissioning tests analysts (Ingénieurs Analystes d'Essais) in Framatome FA3 teams.The main mission of the IAE team is to validate the tests results and conclusions of the commissioning activities of Framatome scope of supply in the EPR FA3 Project : nuclear steam supply systems ; safety I&C systems ; fuel handling systems.The IAE engineer is involved in the preparation and the analysis of the tests performed by the commissioning group. He is performing an independent quality and technical review of the tests programs, and is involved in each phase of the quality plan. Besides these missions he collects the output of the site tests shared with construction and engineering disciplines : validation of the tests results ; analysis and implementation of the open points ; definition of the post maintenance testing program ; definition of test scenario or start-up sequence to validate the implementation of a site modification.The IAE team is of 6 members for the whole scope of Framatome, with experienced systems and process engineers.

Epr Fa3 - Flamanville

Lead preparation of Hot Functional Tests in EPR FA3 - Framatome Commissioning scope.The purpose of my mission in the FA3 Framatome commissioning team is to prepare the systems of our scope of supply as well as the staffing to engage the phase of hot functional tests of the plant. This mission was conducted in a joined team with EDF (plant operator and architect during construction and commissioning) and in a few cases with GE (supplier of the Turbine Island).My role was also to share the feedback from the OL3 experience as I was leading the preparation of this project milestone too. Sharing the schedule, the risks, the methods and tools as well as the approach of a common construction and commissioning planning for each system of the plant was part of this knowledge management.In all these tasks I was involved in : doing an initial assessment of the project readiness ; defining the roadmap (gate reviews, work stream and planning to meet the objectives) ; supporting the Framatome and EDF staff in the definition of the detailed HFT planning ; participating in multidisciplinary workstreams for solving the technical items required for the hot functional tests.
