About Benoit Gévry

I have been working in management for more than 13 years. I started my career as a supervisor then I was promoted as manufacturing team leader to finally end-up as plant manager. I enjoy challenges whether they are human or technical related. I have always been working in an unionized manufacturing environment. I have lead a union contract negotiation throughout my stay at AstenJohnson. I have solid experience in lean manufacturing and I also have a Green Belt certificate in Lean. I am capable of leading many projects at the same time and decision making is one of my strengths. I emphasize on teamwork in order to make each other better by collaborating to the team’s success. I am bilingual.
