Facilitate monthly Site Specific Management Plan risk reviews and support its development and implementation. 4. Validate risk assessments, operating manuals and work instructions. 5. Organise and lead location audits, process verifications and risk assessments, including participating in Management System audits. 6. Ensure that all non-conformance events within the assigned location are reported, investigated, reviewed and re-occurrence preventative actions implemented. 7. Monitor and coach in HSE/SQ event reporting, including development of meaningful remedial work plan and any trend analysis. 8. Facilitate an effective Loss Prevention Team (LPT) and Quality Steering Committee (QSC) at assigned Business Unit, and mentor the LPT Leader and QSC Leader.
