Accountable for omni-channel Nespresso Performance activities (B2C & B2B), paid and unpaid.Main responsibilities:- Define the Performance strategy and, together with an agency team of 18 specialists, manage a mix of (digital) media channels to drive targeted audiences to Nespresso direct channels. Main objectives are to acquire new customers in a cost-efficient way and increase retention.This entails final responsibility to ensure that day-to-day online acquisition tactics run according to plan (i.e. SEA, SEO, Programmatic via multiple DSPs, Social advertising, Affiliate marketing).- Initiative Marketing Effectiveness projects to evolve towards data-driven marketing to support business goals. I.e. personalization efforts, data-driven attribution set-up, automatic dashboarding.- Gather insights continuously and build reports to provide stakeholders with a clear view of media ROI.- Support brand awareness campaigns in the online domain and link these to always-on tell and sell campaigns within the performance media mix.- Stay ahead of innovations in the field of media and eCommerce and translate these into actionable initiatives in line with strategic goals.- Define the personalization roadmap in accordance with eCommerce to maximize effects of our one-to-one marketing efforts.- As a member of the Digital Acceleration Board, facilitate internal digital knowledge sharing in order to transition towards a digital-first organization. Next to that, I support other departments in the implementation of projects with a digital dimension.One direct report, next to managing multiple agencies (media + creative).
