This has involved external meetings and escalation of key issues to senior management.• Daily manage, reconcile and control the clearing for the main European markets including, Euronext, Eurex, Turquoise and Brokertec. - Cost control and CSD/CCP post trading cost analysis• Monthly reporting of the CSD/CCP fees to COOs and cash securities management. This involves analysis of fee variation, simulation of the potential savings, and control of invoices. - Eurobond, Euro Commercial Paper and Certificate of Deposit Settlements• Responsible for all Eurobond, ECP and CD settlements. This involved working to strict market deadlines whilst maintaining excellent internal and external client relationships.• Close interaction with Platinum Client Services to ensure that all trades were prioritised and to achieve a 100% settlement rate. • Provided high levels of support to both Credit and IRP Repo desks. This involved speaking with traders and salespeople daily and updating them with any potential shorts and inward fails. • Monitored teams KRIs to ensure that outstanding items were resolved quickly. • Extensive knowledge of settlement systems gained e.g. Euclid in addition to Global Bond Blotter (GBB) and Vision Repo trading systems.
