Current• Leading and owning projects from the first call/contact to the fulfilment of it • Managing the business team composed of experienced account manager and customer support representatives• Connecting with external and internal stakeholders, and using metrics, to help make data driven decisions that influence product direction• Responsible for management and prioritizations of product backlog and vision• Managing and developing relationships with clients, and setting transparent product expectations (USA Cycling, Vancouver Sun Run, Cycling Canada, Multi-Sport Canada, Gran Fondo Whistler, Equestrian Canada, Freestyle Canada, Snowboard Canada, Cycling New Zealand, Equestrian New Zealand)• Developing road maps and collaborating to find the best architectural implementation of software• Coordinate the relationship between business and technical development business requirements versus resources• Facilitating discussions between stakeholders, sales & marketing, design, and development, to identify priority items of tangible value to clients• Helped grow and scale the tech and product teams • Leading changement, introduction new processes, new tools, new management• Human Resources management: leading interviews, recruitment management, holidays management
