My responsibilities include…

Portfolio Manager and Personal assistant of a team of 4 Client Relationship Officers managing € 160 million.Portfolio Manager of few external Portfolio Manager managing € 450 million.Tasks:• Daily management of all accounts (debit positions, term deposits, fiduciary deposits, Lombard loans, collateral shortfall management).• Manage individual client portfolios (advisory or discretionary mandates)• Responsible for a number of External Portfolio Managers.• Responsible for the follow-up of internal procedures.• Direct contact with a large number of clients.• Transaction management and application of the MIFID rules.• Take responsibility for ensuring that banking and investment transactions are undertaken in an accurate and time efficient manner.• Advising on Financial Product.• Assist the Compliance Officer in the preparation of client files.• Ensure full compliance with all due diligence standards, including Fraud and Money Laundering rules, particularly for all new account openings.• Preparation of portfolio proposals for the Relationship officers.• Preparation of loan applications to be submitted to the relevant department.• Monitoring of life insurance contracts.• Creation of structured product with different partners as (Odo, Exane, RBS, Tradition, etc.).• Daily follow up of the financial market conditions, the Forex and the carry trade currency.• Meeting with clients and providing them simulated portfolios for a decision to be taken in case of needs.
