Within Airbus proposal/sales project team for Telecom Spacecraft (Eurostar NEO / ONESAT), Industrial Proposal Manager define and negotiate with the customer the associated contracts up to Signature (RFP/RFI or RFQ), he is the Spacecraft focal point of Bid End Customers for industrial aspects :- Statement of work and associated documentation (Milestone payment Plan (MPP)) : redline/negotiation up to contract signature- Spacecraft Schedule and mitigation plans (highlighting critical items),- Industrial capacity assessment,- Risk and opportunity management,- Write customer-oriented documents and presentations for offers (industrial contents)Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders/subject matter experts within Airbus (sales managers, AIT managers, product specialists, etc.) to gather all relevant inputs and to challenge investment solutions to deliver accurate and competitive financial proposalsAs such the industrial manager interfaces with supply chain for satellite equipment production, customization team (design), productions team and all Airbus AIT, he ensures forecasted deliveries will be properly flown down and status, issues, schedules will be properly taken into account in the overall proposal. Also responsible for telecom projects development plan, and their optimization. He reports to the Project Manager, and is a major interface to End Customer

Focal point of all AIT (Assembly, Integration and Test) operational activities of the METOP C program (meteorological spacecraft)- Team leader for the cleanroom activities (electrical, mechanical, wiring, alignment, quality ...).- Planning manager : implementation and monitoring of the schedule from beginning of integration phase until launch.- Coordination of the different European and American teams involved in the satellite integration in cleanroom area.- Close out activities at the end of this program (recycling : all hardware/ MGSE)

Coordination of Telecom Spacecraft integration activities (SKYBRAZIL and SES 10) for the Service module cleanroom phase and the Communication module + thermal vacuum preparation (Workshop 1) in order to provide all Hardware needed and human resources to the team leaders in cleanroom.- Flow chart/schedule initialization up to final release and preliminary multidisciplinary activities coordination.- Requests for resources and materials in order to ensure cleanroom team forecasted operational activities- Interface with the cleanroom team in order to ensure availability on time of theoperational documentation allowing the execution of the nominal flow of activities

Responsible of the coordination to all the operational activities of the workshop in cleanroom with the objective of keeping schedule adherence versus planned activities with the required level of quality and safety. - Team established from 5 to 12 multidisciplinary technicians (electric, mechanics, wiring, quality). - Management in assembly of several Satellite in parallel. - Writing of the integration's procedures. - Thermal engineering.

For Airbus Inertial products,- Detailed quotations for the procurement, assembly and test.- Management and report of the product line.- Management of tooling, racks of tests, software items, procedures and test plans.- Coordination and scheduling of the activities of procurement, manufacturing and tests (EMC, vacuum, thermal, vibrations, shocks, radiations…).- Coordination of qualification tests for new equipment items then industrialization with the recurrent tests.

Team coordination of 4 to 10 technicians/engineers in a clean room area and the execution on the satellite of all the integration activities : - Mechanical Assembly (electronic box, various appendices as reflector, Solar array and sensor), wiring and quality check.- Environmental functional tests (vibration, acoustics, RF, SFT, thermal vacuum….).- Terminal phase until the launch sites (3 launch campaign).
