Position Summary The merchandiser is called to offer its support to the regional sales teams in order to promote the increased presence of Sleeman Breweries on the market of the region. Responsibilities: Make merchandising operations, place products on shelves in non-refrigerated sections, refrigerators, cold rooms, display the sales area and displays.Rotate products and ensuring verification of their freshness codes.Install equipment at point of sale (POS) to support promotions or product introductions by ensuring that promotional materials and POS is visible and accessible.Assist regional sales team to achieve sales targets by ensuring respect of implementing requirements negotiated by the sales representative or teams of major accounts in the store.Provide support to sales representatives to free more space and improve visibility and accessibility of the products by comparing the sales or performance to knowledge of other stores in the area, giving customers the best practices, ensuring an execution premium and implementing other techniques.Establish good working relationships with clients and conduct regular monitoring to ensure their continued satisfaction of products and services. Provide support reserve sales representatives (p. Ex., Sale, negotiation), in their absence or the director's request.Participate in team meetings and share customer feedback, potential business opportunities and detailed local market information, as required.Stay aware of industry trends and changes suffered by the competitive environment.Communicate with key contacts in stores.
