I set up the Sales Operations team following the merge of SFR and Completel to implement common sales' practices, and developed it with a permanent focus to improve the sales force’s performance.My team and I implemented a new CRM, a rigorous process management and many tools and dashboards to help regional sales directors to drive their business. We also put in place high standard trainings (Miller Heiman) to get a best in class sales force in strategic selling.To increase sales in specific business areas, I dedicated a team to implement national actions plans and raise sales standards on Mobile, Unified Communications, Services (security, data centers, cloud…), Public Sector and optical Fiber.All of this is still evolving every month to improve more and more our sales’ performance.
