As a solution-oriented person, I aim to find out how technologies can increase effectiveness and drive growth. My objective is to continuously learn about methodologies and concepts that help me in a leading role that bridges business and technologies. Experienced in information management solutions, I support my customers in their digital transformation.I have worked in different sectors and, together with clients, we have met different challenges and achieved high quality results in improving Information Management Solutions. I have been involved in many projects related to quality, risk or performance management. I have had the opportunity to address clients' needs in processes, business intelligence (BI), and data management (Master Data Management, Governance). These experiences have allowed me to collaborate with people from different cultures and to manage project teams both internally and at clients' sites.Over the years, I have taken on various roles, from architect to business analyst and project manager. As such, I have led the execution of projects confronting the needs of different groups of people and identifying trade-offs for the definition of a common scope that benefits the system as a whole. The follow-up of budget, requirements and actions in an agile approach in alignment with the strategy of customers is part of his responsibilities. In addition to this, I have conducted key activities such as audits, future state gap analysis, design of a functional architectural and organizational vision.
