Definition of supplier quality follow-up rules, applied to around 20 sub-contractors in electronics, mechanics, harnesses, based mostly in France- Process audit tool creation. Around 20 audits per year have been conducted for the suppliers - Definition of monthly K.P.I. in order to measure the suppliers’ quality performance - Internal standardization of the best practice- Organization of monthly quality meetings for the main suppliers, in order to review key indicators and action plan follow-up- Preparation of and participation to customer audits for suppliers - Setting up a new Quality Plan which defines the new rules for suppliers’ management- Supplier qualification process defined.
