I manage engineering Teams part of 'Operational Intelligence' Product, from inception to release, and support escalations.I am in charge of:- scoping features with Product Management, and different engineering groups for those capabilities: Service Analytics: Business Services modelling, monitoring and display Topology capabilities: Internal connectors, 3rd party, and cross-Product/Domain correlation, advanced visualization Anomaly Detection capabilities: Integrate ML algorithms developed by Data Scientists - supervising plan execution with various stakeholders and monitoring quality (Agile)- dealing with escalations related to SaaS and onPrem Product releases- developing some high-touch features (Those days, using React & Java)- evaluating new concepts and processes- managing about 25 engineers, located in various geosTechnical environment is pretty large, here are some highlights:- Solution delivered as SaaS, hundreds of tenants, supporting worldwide workload, and as onPrem version- Kubernetes and Openshift- High scale data processing (ElasticSearch, Kafka, custom graph and metrics DBs)- Complex visual rendering (yFiles library)- Solution capable to monitor most dimensions of IT service (Application, System, Network, Business Services)
