As a strategic advisor, I ensure the smooth transition for the new president of Succès Scolaire.

When the pandemic hit in March 2020 and schools closed, we created La Classe en ligne with Marie-Ève Lévesque. This project was a phenomenal success - more than 30,000 elementary school students attended the classes offered on YouTube on a daily basis. This project has obtained several recognitions as well as an exceptional media presence (https://www.successcolaire.ca/blogue/la-classe-en-ligne-revue-de-presse/). My role was to recruit Marie-Ève Lévesque, find the technology supplier, create the production team, solicit collaboration with the ten public figures who participated in the project, as well as develop partnerships.

Main achievements- Sschool Success has become the largest tutoring company in Quebec and among the 5 largest in Canada.- Built a team of more than 30 full-time employees with a network of more than 1000 part-time tutors throughout Quebec- Over 30,000 students have benefited from our services. - 14 consecutive years of revenue growth, including 13 years of over 10% growth- School Success is the first private high school to obtain a online education permit from the Ministry of Education. My main learnings- The importance of defining corporate values to select team members and guide decision making. - It can be tempting to want to diversify one's activities in order to seize all business opportunities. In my opinion, it is important to "focus" and become the best in one line of business before considering exploring others. - A good leader is a person who does what he says and who sees himself not as a boss, but as a coach to his team. - Communication, communication, communication.... Be available to your team at all times and communicate your expectations clearly.

My role was to ensure the smooth running of operations and to carry out business development. Main achievements-Developed a custom system for inventory management and order assembly. -Developed the entrepreneurial spirit of high school students by hiring them to do the work during the summer. This has become an important differentiator from our competition and has allowed us to gain the trust of several private schools. -Maintained an EBITDA of 20% with an annual growth in sales of approximately 20% per year.
