Responsible for several smartphones, tablets and connected objects product lines with a particular point of view for technical aspects for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) – 20 products per year Coordination of steering committees and monitoring of Business Plans Coordinated and simultaneous development of launch plans in Europe Inter-department coordination in Europe, Middle East, Africa & China  Technical specifications: hardware and software Monitoring of technical indicators (KPI) and releases Creation of product dashboards with project performance indicators

* Management of the regional team - on Central & Eastern Europe including Turkey & Israel - individual follow up - resource coordination* Follow up and reporting on projects - on Smartphones, Feature Phones, Tablets, Routers,Wearable, Accessories - with different OS : Android, Windows OS, Firefox, proprietary OS - provide dashboard to the internal teams* Coordination between customers and R&D - project priority according to customer and internal constraints - new feature, process or methodology development & improvement - coordination of the action plan across the different department

• Assist the Manager to lead a team of ~20 Project Manager over EMEA dedicated to Alcatel Feature Phones, Smartphones, Tablets, Datacards & Routers.• Develop dedicated tools and process to monitoring the team activity and improve the project quality.• Lead & manage projects on supplier side for Orange group on new technology products such LTE smartphone from the product definition until the production.

• Lead & Manage projects on supplier side for the operators such as T-Mobile, Telenor, Tele2, from the product definition until the production.• Work for the Eastern Europe and T-Mobile group on Feature Phones, Smartphones, Datacards, Routers and Tablets. Define with the customer all the customization on software, hardware and other content around the product.• Work on an activity follow up webtool to monitoring the team activity and simplify the project delivery process, due to the increasing local people in different country of the team,• Grant to the eCTS project team, receive for the EMEA part of the project

• Lead 100% of the projects for Africa & Middle East:• In relation with the customer, operator /distributor, such as Orange, MTN, Etisalat, build their project definition based on our standard offer to customize our product (software, hardware, box ...) and follow it until the production. • Follow the different project issues and take care of the planning and respect of the definition with our internal teams (Sales, R&D, designer, logistic, prod ...)

• Managing Projects for some major Telco in Europe, Middle East & Africa.From product definition up to Type Approval within right TTM• Receive Letter of Honor & 2008 Employee of the Year for the Drogba project with Orange AMEA

• Analyze & realize a marketing tool to calculate the potential value of the France Telecom’s internal IS tools
