As head of social innovation department @Suez Group, I manage a team dedicated to foster a Green and Inclusive transition. We have launched and we operate 6 impact hubs (“Maison pour Rebondir”), 3 start-ups accelerators on circular economy and we partner with social entrepreneurs in many places to develop new circular services such as foodwaste solutions, water poverty solutions, re-use shops, cycling logistics…I am also Chairman of Rebond Insertion, a social business providing waste management services while employing +700 employees with disadvantaged background.Convinced that business can be/ has to be a force for good, I have always pushed for change from within my organizations in the private sector. My fascination for social entrepreneurs led me to do a 10 month study on “social business” in 10 countries in 2010. The goal was to understand how social entrepreneurs can scale up access to essential services solutions through partnerships with the private sector.
