Coop Carbone was created by the Fondaction CSN, the Desjardins Group, La Coop fédérée, C3E, AQME as a vehicle for organizations wishing to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and related costs. Coop Carbone provides its members with a solid expertise in the identification, development, financing and execution of innovative greenhouse gas reduction projects and solutions, in the context of the North American carbon market.

Coop Agri-Énergie Warwick is the first Farmer's co-op dedicated to producing renewable energy in Québec. The production of biomethane is scheduled to begin in early 2021; the project is currently in construction.

By combining the roles of project manager, decision-support advisor and facilitator, I have been involved in the planning stage of approximately 20 different projects by facilitating option analyses and providing decision support for environmental remediation, wastewater treatment, mining waste management and the siting of infrastructure. I have also taken part to the development of three customized tools to support, streamline and standardize holistic decision processes based on sustainability considerations, for both private and governmental organizations.My project portfolio includes experiences in Canada, Brazil, South Africa, Norway and New Zealand. My responsibilities included the communications with clients and the preparation of project deliverables (reports and presentations). I have also taken part to business development activities, especially in Canada and the USA, where I have met with high-ranking executives to discuss their needs and to present our services.As global leader for GoldSET©, a proprietary tool developed by Golder Associates to embed sustainability considerations within project planning, I have been responsible for the following activities:- To organize the activities of the GoldSET© community, a global network of more than 100 engineers, scientists and managers focussed on the promotion and the use of the tool;- To communicate the initiative’s quarterly results to senior management;- To develop our business strategy in collaboration with the Steering Committee; and,- To plan and to participate to the technical development of the tool.

In partnership with an Australian consultancy, founder of Envert, a firm offering technical expertise to organizations with respect to climate change. This experience led to an in-depth understanding of the technical and strategic issues related to climate change hat are being faced by organizations.

Acted as the coordinator of a ten-person team working concurrently on several sites, a position reporting directly to the General Manager. Responsible for managing projects so as to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards. Responsible for the Health and Safety program, which I contributed to put in place to improve worksite safety practices. Involved in the technology improvement process for the instrumentation of the wind survey towers, within a multidisciplinary team.

Worked as specialist in real-time modelling of hydraulic systems for nuclear plant simulators, which included the supervision and coordination of the team’s work (junior staff) and collaboration with the client to solve technical issues. Tasks included the development and teaching of courses on hydraulic systems modelling.
