Membre du Comité de Direction (COMEX) de l’Agence. La sous-direction Ressources assure le soutien de l’Agence en pilotant les domaines suivants :- Ressources humaines - Affaires juridiques- Finances- Gouvernance- Achats- Politique Qualité - Logistique et Facility Management La sous-direction est composée de 47 collaborateurs. Interim de la sous-direction pendant 6 mois (nov. 2022 - mai 2023).

• Project Management (technical projects, change management projects) Portfolio of 10M€ • Contributor to projet « CDG Express » : Drafting of the passenger experience (onboard the train and on station) • Referent for the application of "Customer experience" standards within the group, for all infrastructure project.=> Results : Reduction of the gap with the best airports in the world (ASQ – Quality of Service) ; validation of the customer experience program for the CDG Express project

• Management of 185 team members : passengers information, facility management of the terminal, fire safety, maintenance policy of the terminal• implementation of projects designed by the Customer Satisfaction Dpt • Management of the subcontractors (12 M€ budget, 200 employees: cleaning, trolleys, private security…) • Operational efficiency: improvement of airline's process ( check’ in, BHS for ex. with Transavia, Aigle Azur, Air Caraïbes, Corsair, Air Algerie…) using Lean Management and 5S methods => Results : Reduction in the cleaning budget (-10%) and 1st BU out of 11 in cleanliness for 3 years; improvement in the profitability of the BU; compliance with the Regulation Contract (+ financial bonus); Significant increase in equipment availability (with improved economic results)
