In the same time, I have to provide all the most promising last innovations from our suppliers.Results: building of an European assortment with most of the leaders in their markets, suppliers optimization (-22% in my portfolio) and savings acheived (more than 300k€ each year)Group Purchaser (from june to December 2009)Mission: management of 30 group suppliers, representing a PTO of 43 M€, negotiate end of year rebates, prices for next year, marketing contributionTasks : suppliers audits, RFI and RFQ to existing or potential European and LCC suppliers.Résults : my yearly negotiation has enabled a price decrease on my families of -1,6%, which means 640 k€ savings.

Situation when I arrived : suppliers only French and dealing directly with process Managers in charge of the specifications (stamping, mechanism assembly, welding robots, profiling and stretch bending). No contract with any supplier.Mission: direct management of the suppliers, selection of the best ones, search for LCC suppliersTasks : purchasing and financial audits of the suppliers, RFI and RFQ to the new LCC suppliers in order to qualify them. Negotiations, contracts, orders and follow up of the delivery times.Résults : reduction of the purchasing turn over from 21 to 19M€ the first year at constant perimeter thanks to LCC suppliers (Turkey, China).

In charge of managing 15 agents in Europe, Asia, and Middle East areas. Technical education on the new machines, support during negotiation of the main sales.Results:2006: 95% of the target (margin on turn over)2007: 112%Interesting experience that made me understand I was made for purchasing.

Purchasing department: management of 18 persons, and 10 M€ in 2005 (specific parts 7M€, standard components 1M€ and general expenses 2M€).Situation when I arrived: suppliers exclusively french, quality of the parts to be improved, general expenses let aside, no contract with any supplier.Mission: simplify the supply chain, develop the LCC suppliersTasks : find and start business with LCC suppliers (China, Thailand, Portugal), contract negotiation, creation of buying kits.Résults : Réduction of the general expenses by 30%, savings of 15% thanks to the contracts with the LCC suppliers, supply chain shorter with the kits, quality increased with the new LCC suppliers.

Each month a quality report was updated with all the new quality problems met by the customers on their Kangoo regarding the opening systemsI was in charge to find technical solutions to the main quality problems met on the opening systems of the Kangoo: find ideas, make prototypes by suppliers, follow validation tests made internally, until the replacement of the defective part on the assembling chain.
