• Counselled 450 project applicants from across Europe on how to develop sound project proposals via 15 capacity-building workshops and 125 individual coaching sessions• Assessed 230 project proposals and monitored the performance of 35 projects exchanging experiences and good practices on R&I, entrepreneurship and SMEs, the information society, employment and human capital, natural and technological risks, water management, waste prevention and management, biodiversity and preservation of natural heritage, energy and sustainable transport, and cultural heritage and landscapes (~80M€)• Reviewed the work of external experts commissioned to perform 1) the mid-term programme evaluation, 2) the programme study on experience of experience processes, 3) the update on the mid-term programme evaluation, 4) the programme capitalisation on the topic of entrepreneurship• Inputted the design of the Interreg Europe 2014-2020 programme by reviewing the deliverables produced by external experts, co-hosting consultation workshops with Partner States representatives, co-managing a European-wide stakeholder consultation, and co-drafting the programme manual
