We live in a shifting world. Our decisions are now based on a multitude of inputs based on economic, politic, societal and environmental criteria. Companies and organizations are part of this shifting world and are asked more often than not to be part of the global conversation way outside their economic or product centric comfort zone.I have been part of the social media revolution since the very beginning, working on early forms of online communities in the early 2000s. Those communities have brought new demands to the companies and organizations. Demands of transparency, inclusion and better ethics.My role as a community facilitator then consultant have always been to bring clarity and intelligence to those groups of people, consumers and organizations. To ensure that even in a shifting world, we can keep talking to each other and understand each other.
