J'ai fait un stage de 3 mois dans le département marketing de l'entreprise NRB lors de mon bachelier en marketing à HELMo Sainte-Marie.Ma mission consistait à passer en revue le système CRM SAP du département et de proposer des solutions d'amélioration pour l'utiliser de façon plus efficace. Il m'a fallu un certain temps pour m’accommoder à la plateforme et au vocabulaire spécifique du secteur. Cependant, mes recherches ainsi que les explications de mes collègues, m'ont aidé à cerner ces différents aspects.Outre cette mission, j'ai également eu la chance d'expérimenter la variété du métier de marketer: planification d’événements, prise de décisions stratégiques, branding, ...J'ai beaucoup appris lors de cette première expérience qui a confirmé ma volonté de poursuivre ma carrière dans le domaine du marketing.-------------------------------------------------------------I've made an internship of 3 months in the Maketing department of NRB during my bachelor in marketing at HELMo Sainte-Marie.My mission was to consider the SAP CRM module and try to find ways to make it work in an efficient way. In a first time, I was a bit lost among all these new and technical features but I got used to them step by step thanks to researches and colleague's explanations.I also had the chance to experience the variety of the marketer's job: event plannig, strategic decisions, branding, ...I've learned a lot during this first profesionnal experience which enhanced my conviction to go for a marketing career.
