•In charge of the subsea controls commissioning planning and execution from the onshore facilities CCR with Operators. Preparation of scopes of work, schedules, execution readiness plans, test procedures and definition of integrated testing scopes through engagement with the Start-up team and vendors. •Ensured compliance of commissioning program with Project Safety Case and Basis Of Design. Responsible for engagement with Lloyds Register to obtain validation certificate.•Focal point for Project SIMOPS with all stakeholders (Drilling, CSU and Operations).•Engineering support during troubleshooting. Managed contractor on site (GE) and subcontractors.•Review of subsea installation and pipeline commissioning milestones documentation and approve Turnover certificates between installation and commissioning groups.•Heavily involved in PTW preparation and execution.•Managed offshore vessel interfaces with onshore gas plant.

•Owner of project Basis Of Design during FEED, including management of interfaces with Drilling, Reservoir, Petroleum engineers and Production Team.•Lead engineer for subsea chemical injection and Hydrate management•Delivery manager for subsea manifolds and associated controls system equipment. Producing of Company specifications and subsea layouts.•Involved with Production team on board FPSO to capture lessons learnt from early production stage.•Produced field SIMOPS document to allow tie-back of subsea assets whilst maintaining production from FPSO and completion of subsea wells with rig.•Management of design changes for existing equipment (subsea and FPSO) to optimise production. •Responsible for start-up scope of work. Reviewed of health, safety, quality, schedule, engineering and commercial aspects of vendor scope of works. Managed technical and commercial aspects of the subsea/FPSO commissioning and start-up.

•Managed flow assurance studies and produced start-up and hydrate management procedures for single well subsea tie-back. Solved interface issues with onshore gas plant to ensure safe start-up. •Executed on site activities with Operators, including dewatering of 60km gas pipeline and subsea chemical injection requirements.•Involved in government approvals process with HSE and Operations departments.

•Responsible for subsea Basis Of Design. Involved in final stages of the design of subsea production systems and topsides separation equipment. •In charge of producing subsea chemical injection and hydrate mitigation plans based on flow assurance studies.•Management of engineering contractors for topsides studies and flow assurance.•Owner of subsea cause and effect matrix, shutdown philosophy and subsea P&IDs.•Assisted lead engineer for the development of subsea control system verification procedure. Involved in MCS configuration.•Provided subsea training courses to FPSO operators and development of subsea operating guidelines and philosophies. •Subsea/Topsides Lead Interface engineer in the shipyard (Keppel - Singapore) during installation and commissioning of topsides modules and equipment related to subsea production systems (HPU, EPU, MCS, SIS).•Developed subsea operating guidelines, commissioning procedures and philosophies. •Heavily involved in the field start-up, including unloading of the subsea wells and topsides equipment tuning. Company representative on bard the FPSO.

•Interface Engineer during offshore installation phase (Puffin FPSO project). Managed technical queries between installation contractor and client.•Managed third party contractor for flowlines leak testing operations.•Supervision on DP2 vessel during laying and installation of flexible flowlines, risers, umbilical and subsea structures. Technical support during subsea facilities tie-in using saturated divers. Coordination with deck supervisor for preparation of project equipment/subsea tools required by divers.

• Performed pre-FEED studies for the Reindeer Field (Apache), wellhead platform connected with a 105km subsea pipeline to onshore facilities. Work included flow assurance studies, preliminary design of the chemical injection package and cost estimations for different concepts.

Process Engineer - AKPO oil field (FEED with TOTAL)Responsible for all simulations (HYSYS) for the optimisation of the oil treatment facilities on FPSO. Establishment of design for the gas compression system and liquid-gas separation process. Performed heat and mass balances, line sizing, design of scrubbers, pressure safety valves and heat exchangers.Process Engineer - Pazflor oil field (Conceptual Studies supervised by TOTAL)Flow assurance engineer for subsea separation conceptual studies. Tackle hydrate issues for deep water fieldInterface Subsea Engineer - Usan oil field (FEED with TOTAL)Involved in the umbilical and hydraulic distribution unit study and collaborated with the flow assurance department for the issue of subsea chemical injection requirements and manifold line sizing. Subsea Project Engineer - Bahr Essalam gas field (EPIC contracted by ENI GAS BV)Company representative for subsea tie-ins operation. Supervision of umbilical installation and testing, Assistance to company during XTree commissioning and Start-up phases. In charge of subsea wells opening sequences and platform topsides alignment. (Offshore Libya – 3 months).
