Key achievements: powering the first Gameloft project for Apple Arcade (part of the release of AA service) as well as other key licensed projects in 2020: Lego Legacy Heroes Unboxed, Disney Getaway Blast… PROCESSAs Certified Scrum Master, sharing knowledge about agile methodologies: from setting up Kanban to follow up progress within development teams to successfully introduce SAFe consultants to Gameloft VP Emerging Technologies. Next steps (in discussion) make it part of a transformation project. It will include different Business Units to address a full value stream and demonstrate strengths (and weaknesses) of this methodology.CLOUDI gathered experience alongside projects with the infrastructure team.
