• Responsibilities: Negotiation of European telecommunication contracts, optimization of service levels in 10 European countries, planning and budget consolidation with Marketing and Operations

• Mission: following the transfer to the telecom activities from IBM Global Network into AT&T, I created, developed and managed all Procurement activities within the AT&T European Western Region
• Roles: International Procurement Manager

Paris Area, France (IBM Global Network Then Sold To AT&T)

• Mission: Improve network performance, infrastructure costs, reduce « time to market », optimize process
