In the 26 months that you work for ORMIT, you will perform 3 till 4 different projects at several organisations that co-operate with ORMIT. This network of affiliate organisations – the so-called participants – currently consists of more than fifty top organisations. To develop managers with leadership qualities, ORMIT evolved a complete program that consists -besides the projects- of training, coaching and intervision.
