ORMIT develops managers with leadership qualities. Personal leadership is the essence of good management and is strengthened with aspects as connected leadership, external orientation, craftsmanship and process management. In the 26 months that you work for ORMIT, you will perform 3 till 4 different projects at several organisations that co-operate with ORMIT. This network of affiliate organisations – the so-called participants – currently consists of more than fifty top organisations. To develop managers with leadership qualities, ORMIT evolved a complete program that consists -besides the projects- of training, coaching and intervision. The management development program contributes to the development of your personal competences.

During this second assignment of my ORMIT track, I had the opportunity to work in the IT business partnering department of Magotteaux. As a project leader I was responsible for the selection and implementation of an e-learning solution.

Tasks and responsibilities include project management, translating business needs into IT specifications, implementing and improving system governance, providing end-user communication and change management.
