About Benoit Vialle

After spending an eternity in the corporate world performing some really exciting roles for which I will be forever grateful, it dawned on me that with age and wisdom came an irrepressible desire for independence... following the lead of some illustrious and successful friends/colleagues/mentors, I chose to start a business that is local, joyful and deeply rooted in my cultural heritage, and I couldn't be happier with how this little local French bakery has taken off since we opened in Danville in January 2024.
