The Director of Mission Advancement brings our cause and purpose to the forefront with key audiences. The Director of Mission Advancement identifies, qualifies, cultivates, asks and stewards a portfolio of current and future benefactors who are capable of making a planned gift as defined by the Napa Institute Board.

The position of a Regional Director includes managing Team Directors on multiple campuses across the country and the teams and students they serve in the following ways:-Leading weekly one-on-one and group meetings-Staff formation and training-Implementation of new ideas and projects-Support and guidance in development modules-Oversight of application and interview process for new staff-Selection and placement of new staff-Mentorship of on-campus missionaries-Development of relationships with Campus Ministry and Chaplains-Development of expansion for organization to new campuses-Fundraising of personal salary through mission partner development

The position of a Team Director includes leading a team to work together to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with college students through Bible Studies and one-on-one mentorship.Other primary responsibilities include:- Leading a team of 3 other missionaries- Facilitating week tactical and/or strategic meetings- Implementing leadership training and strategies in one-on-one and group settings- Coacing team members through fundraising and mission partner development - Fundraising 100% of financial support from individual donors- Small and large group leadership training- One-on-one student mentoring- Organizing and hosting large group events and activities- Building relationships with student leaders and mission partners

The position of a FOCUS missionary includes sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with college students through Catholic Bible Studies and one-on-one mentorship.Other primary responsibilities include:- Fundraising 100% of financial support from individual donors- Small and large group leadership training- One-on-one student mentoring- Organizing and hosting large group events and activities- Building relationships with student leaders and mission partners
