For the transition of Eren Perakende’s e-commerce warehouse from an in-house WMS software to the SAP EWM system, I was responsible for creating the project, identifying logistics and system requirements, developing conceptual designs, conducting tests, and managing the entire go-live process. Following the successful system transition, I assumed this new position with active responsibility in the SAP EWM transition processes for our central distribution locations at the Çorlu, Ergene, and Misinli warehouses.

• Management of logistics operations of Lacoste, FashFed, Converse, Superstep, House Of SuperStep, Occasion, Gant, The Kooples, United Brands, Intersport and Nautica brands• Initiating projects and creating relevant plans, analyzing and reporting progress and risks on process improvement issues across the entire operation• Ensure correct allocation of workforce in daily operation and monitor efficiency • Support the inventory volume growth plan for future peak periods and space requirements• Providing operational support to all team members and helping to implement the company's procedures• Monitoring and reporting performance (productivity and quality) to the management• To act as a contact point for all communications with operations suppliers and other relevant parties: corporative dept., commercial divisions of the company, head office, etc…• Contact for the overall management of Logistics, Last mile and Customer service operations• Design, develop project plan and launch of projects for new facilities and expansion or relocation of existing ones.• Onsite support for operational excellence

• Managing the stock areas of Eren Perakende, Erde Pazarlama, Ganter Mağazacılık and Erkops Mağazacılık companies• Creating warehouse counting calendars, making the operation ready and evaluating the counting results• Ensuring the order and continuous operation of the Warehouse• To ensure the coordination of the operation teams within themselves and to improve the dialogue with both the headquarters and other operation units,• Managing cargo companies performance, problem and invoicing processes

• Planning and execution of reverse logistics operation from all stores of Eren Perakende to the Outlet Warehouse• Creation of return orders of jointly operated dealers and execution of reconciliation processes• Follow-up of stock areas where consignment sales operations are carried out and execution of reconciliation processes• Follow-up of the whole process from the door entrance to WAS applications, from placing the products on the WMS shelves to the sale to the customer and the delivery of the cargo to the customer. Performing KPI analyzes and determining targets accordingly• Making analyzes for the development of processes and presenting reports to the senior management in this direction• Operation follow-up and preparation of reports for pending jobs

Detection of violations occurring outside the framework of product listing policies and general rules, preventing unfair competition and possible victimization.
