• Serve as external customer lead for all ISO’s, service companies, and 3rd parties. This requires completing weekly / monthly settlements with assigned ISO’s and 3rd parties, researching and resolving all outstanding discrepancies, and maintaining effective working relationships with these counter parties.• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of calculations and components of ISO charge types. Stay abreast of anticipated and actual changes to charge type calculations as result of market corrections and redesigns.• Responsible for preparing Daily Market Estimates. This includes downloading all available settlement statements and data files, comparing those statements and files to the Estimate File, and researching and correcting variances, for purposes of delivering a Daily Estimate to the appropriate personnel in a timely and accurate manner. Daily process also includes comparison of Nucleus transaction data to nMarket data, and updating Nucleus as necessary for control purposes.• Identify potential dispute opportunities with CAISO and work with other team members to validate. Responsible for filing approved disputes with the ISO, and tracking the progress of filed disputes in a timely and effective manner.• Responsible for compiling and analyzing PMA’s using completed weekly or monthly settlements with the ISO’s and providing detailed explanations for material adjustments. Ensure that general ledger is properly stated. • Identify system issues and enhancement opportunities for nMarket and Nucleus. Work with IT and other members of ISO Operations Group to prioritize, and take lead role in testing those system upgrades and patches prior to moving into Production.• Responsible for mentoring and training other staff as assigned as well as assisting other team members as needed or requested by Manager.• Be a recognized protocol expert for assigned ISO(s) for Calpine Energy Services,
