CurrentITSM:- Streamline processes by configuring workflows, catalogs, and integrations within the IT Service Management system. - Manage user access levels and permissions to ITSM services.- Patching of system software to address vulnerabilities and maintain optimal performance.Alert Management System:- Onboard new users and teams, configure integrations to receive relevant alerts, ensuring timely response to incidents.- Integrate new services for centralised monitoring and management, improving visibility and incident response.SMTP:- Ensure reliable communication by whitelisting trusted IPs, email addresses, and domains.- Protect against threats like spam and phishing by blacklisting malicious IPs and domains.Change Management Control:- Coordinate and prioritize changes to minimize disruptions and conflicts.- Review, prioritise changes to align with business objectives and reduce risks.
