As the co-founder of Y-Ultimate, I use the sport of ultimate frisbee to impart social and emotional learning to children from diverse backgrounds. Ultimate Frisbee is a self-refereed, non-contact team sport that fosters values such as respect, integrity, and inclusion. We have worked with over 3000 children from six states across India since 2016 and have been incubated by Teach For India and UnLtd India.I also have experience as a consultant for USHA International, designing and managing sports initiatives promoting active and healthy lifestyles. I partnered with national federations, non-profits, and other organizations to bring ultimate frisbee to 14,000 villages and built the digital presence of USHA Play. I have a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, and I enjoy solving puzzles and learning from everything. My goal is to explore and expand the potential of sports for development.

We are a registered Section 8 Company with 12A and 80G exemption. We have worked with over 1200 children from 6 states across India since our inception. We are actively looking to work with more children and equip individuals and organizations to reach out to more more children.In 2019, we were incubated by Teach For India's InnovatED incubation program. In 2022, we were incubated by UnLtd India's Non-profit incubation program.
