- Technical and scientific Support of the downstream area (mAb Purification) to assure robust and efficient manufacturing processes in the GMP environment- Execution of process monitoring as well as trending and manufacturing data analysis- Support the introduction of new DSP manufacturing processes as part of technical transfers

- Responsible for defining the downstream experimental designs in the context of process characterizations, process optimization and investigations- Technical leader of different optimization projects - Acting as a DSP SME, I am bringing expertise and support during routine production of monoclonal antibodies at large scale

- Supervise and support the execution of small scale studies and experiments for process optimization, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities on monoclonal antibody purification processes- Support Huningue monoclonal Production Units (Resolution of issues/deviations, troubleshooting, investigations, quality impact assessment)- Write and review DSP laboratory standard operating procedures- Support the qualification of purification equipment in the MS&T DSP laboratory

Aim of my thesis: Elucidation of the preferred assembly pathway of translation initiation in Escherichia coli using ITC microcalorimetry.
