Next, I founded Spinach (2008-2010), where as Communication and ICT Consultant, I carried out marketing & PR assignments, acting as Chief Information Officer for FLYINGGROUP (90%) and other companies. My experience as the driving force behind my own business then prompted me to establish THEANTENNAPUB, where I was Founder and Managing Director (2011-2013). This full-service, no-nonsense marketing and communications agency, delivered effective solutions and sophisticated strategies for advertising, marketing, public relations, web design, social media, graphic design and copywriting.In January 2014 THEANTENNAPUB melted together with PUPIL.

Armed with this all-round experience, my next career move was as Marketing & PR Director with the business jet operator, FLYINGGROUP, where I was also a member of the Board of Directors. Here, I spent eight years (2000-2008) with overall responsibility for all of the aviation group’s communication and marketing, creating a clear company image and corporate identity. With my firm hand on the controls of FLYINGGROUP’s business saw turnover increase by 45% per year between 2003 and 2006. During the same period the fleet also expanded from 4 to 27 aircraft, while headcount jumped from 15 to 150 staff.FLYINGGROUP is based in Antwerp (Belgium), Paris (France), Luxembourg and Cannes (France).

Here, I crossed to the client side, working in the marketing and PR team at Daewoo Motor Company (1998-2000), where in addition to the usual round of marketing communication and PR campaigns, I took on the task of organising Daewoo’s presence at the Brussels International Motor Show in 2000.I also completed a 6-month stint standing in for the Marketing and PR Manager, reporting directly to company management in South Korea.
