I am responsible for ensuring Sage's Corporate Affairs strategy is underpinned by key initiatives, transformational projects, and robust insights, delivered through precise planning and execution at pace. I challenge the global leadership team to maintain focus on things that matter most, and work with them on refining and improving operations to deliver the strategy. I am also responsible for the smooth operations of the function and for supporting the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.

Reporting to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, I'm responsible for a well-run, impactful and disciplined global leadership team, ensuring Corporate Affairs plays an integral role in driving Sage's strategy. My remit is to executive key priorities, take ownership of strategic tasks, and support decision excellence of a FTSE 100 company's public relations, reputation management, colleague comms, and public affairs.

Responsible for delivery of technology projects including: - Sage ID 2FA reset project, working with 5 VPs and 2 EVPs to drive key Board commitment from the CEO- The first GA release of AP Automation with Sage 50 France to 54k customers- Project management for Sage's AI Labs team automating Accounts Payable

Onboarding new customers to Sage HR:- Set multiple team records for calls delivered, top performer in seven out of nine months, over 500 hours speaking to Sage customers, double Director’s Den Finalist- In-depth product knowledge of Sage HR, 50 Payroll, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, and Sage Employee Benefits

I am a Co-opted Governor at Kenton Bar Primary School, with responsibility for pupils with SEND.

Led the full sale cycle of cutting-edge AI SaaS products. Managed a £250,000 Internship including; marketing, internal communications, recruitment, induction, training, a two-week trip and debrief for 16 full-time Interns.

Full-time role leading communications to young people in the South West. Engaged with the media through press releases and radio interviews- including two Thoughts for the Day for the BBC to around 250,000 listeners. Often spoke to audiences of over 100. Raised 4 times my fundraising target and 3 times my sign-up target for young campaigners.

I visited Number 10, DFID and attended a summit at the European Parliament as the Summit Reporter for the UK.Half the MEPs signing our pledge on poverty. One of my blogs was shared 2,000 times on Facebook.

From 19 years old, I led teams of 50 inexperienced volunteers to provide 2,500 meals a day at a weeklong festival, managing a weekly budget of £15,000.
