With over 22 years of experience in the fire protection industry, I’ve had the privilege of being a key part of FlameStop Australia’s growth and success. Since joining in 2002, I’ve progressed through various management roles, eventually becoming General Manager. My early focus was on portable fire extinguishers, but over time, FlameStop’s expanding product range has allowed me to develop expertise across all facets of fire safety.As General Manager, I lead a team of over 100 professionals across 14 distribution centres in Australia and New Zealand. I am committed to ensuring we deliver the highest standards of fire protection products and services, tailored to the unique needs of our customers.In addition to my role at FlameStop, I serve as a Member of the Board of Directors for Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia), where I work with industry leaders to shape the future of fire safety. I am also an active member of FPA Australia’s Technical Advisory Committees, including TAC/3/7 (Portable and Mobile Equipment) and TAC/1 (Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment). These roles enable me to contribute to the development and review of standards that enhance fire safety practices and support the ongoing professionalism of the industry.I pride myself on being a hands-on leader who is always ready to face challenges head-on, whether it’s solving operational issues or driving strategic growth. My passion for the fire industry, combined with a customer-first approach, fuels my commitment to excellence every day.When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me with my family on the Gold Coast, experimenting with BBQ recipes (still chasing that perfect brisket) or cheering for the Brisbane Broncos.
