I am a proactive, problem solver with sales and people management experience who specialises in: mapping customer journeys to understand what customers go through in their day to day interactions, designing and refining global sales processes, scoping new technologies to support sales and service teams and most importantly - managing change across the business with timely and concise communications. Outside of work I am: a music lover who always has a song on the brain, a handy-man in training as I develop my house, a BBQ enthusiast and a keen sports follower.
