I lead CBRE's 'Consumer & Manufacturing' Business within our 'Contracted Accounts' division. My team of 90 across EMEA provides expertise across EMEA and Global multi-asset class portfolios, to leading corporates operating in the Consumer and Manufacturing sectors.We create Account Management platforms for our clients, to deliver core contracted services including Data Management, Transaction Management and Estates Management. Using the platform we also manage the delivery of CBRE's other services including:- Brokerage, Portfolio Optimisation (including supply Chain Consultancy and Analytics), Workplace, Building Consultancy, Valuation, and so on.I am also the European Account Director in charge of leading CBRE's regional relationship with Amazon. I lead our Account Management and Brokerage platform to deliver Amazon's acquisition requirements to facilitate their logistics growth plan. The platform now comprises over 40 local market brokers (CBRE and external), as well as Transaction Managers covering 19 countries across Europe and the Middle East.Prior to this, I led Transaction Management, Brokerage & Portfolio Optimisation across EMEA for HSBC, as part of CBRE's Global multi-service line outsourcing contract with this client.Transactions that I concluded for the Bank include HQ relocations in Dusseldorf, Tel Aviv, Warsaw and Milan, as well as an HQ lease re-structure in Moscow and a 300 desk relocation within Canary Wharf.I have also held Account Management positions for a range of other leading corporates advising on their mixed asset class portfolios, including Barclays, McKinsey, Nokia, Walt Disney and United Technologies.

Ben worked within Deloitte Real Estate's Occupier team where he advised Corporate clients on their UK based assets. From this, Ben developed a thorough knowledge of UK based commercial property legislation including the 1954 Act and 1927 Act.Ben acted for clients on all types of UK based transactions including rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as acquisitions, disposals, surrenders and the negotiation of covenant compliant break clauses.Clients Ben acted for include Aviva, Panasonic and BDO Stoy Hayward.
