I currently direct the construction activities of Revere’s field retrofit and design-build automation projects. I am tasked with the management of an operational team of both field supervisors and technicians that implement projects throughout the United States. Other tasks include: 1) Develop, review and edit project contracts and SOWs for both customers and subcontractors.2) Work to develop and institute policy and procedural improvements with other Senior Managers.3) Plan, estimate and budget pre-construction projects with Sales and Engineering.4) Project support to Project Managers and others.5) Act as RCS's Contracts Administrator Revere Control Systems has been ranked #16 on Control Engineering's 2019 top 100 list of System Integration Giants.
