During my first and current full-time role, I am solely responsible all marketing aspects of the Fisher Educational Ltd brand, 10ticks. This includes:• Designing, creating and implementing email marketing campaigns.• Designing, creating and implementing organic and paid social media strategy across multiple channels, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.• SEO• Driving CSR initiatives.• Providing excellent customer service to customers with queries, via telephone and email.

During my final year of university study, I worked as a landscaper, applying technical skills and manual labour whilst delivering excellent customer service.

I worked part-time at Motor Range Ltd throughout my school, college, and university studies. Key responsibilities and achievements:• Kept site clean, tidy, and presentable for customers. • Delivered excellent customer service acting as point of contact for clients, handling queries and complaints.• Liaised with multiple departments to achieve common goals.• Accurately processed new stock when needed to boost efficiency of operations. • Assisted in employee training for new site operatives and offered continuous advice, guidance, and mentorship on duties and best practices.• Regular use of CRM systems (EvoWin and EvoSales).
