A Compassionate Teacher, Mentor and Education practitioner with over 15years of experience teaching in FE and Secondary School subjects including Physical Education, Uniformed Public services and life/employability skills to young learners aged 11-25 years. My passion is to help people thrive and value themselves and the world around them and make lifestyle choices that reflect that. Graded Outstanding during an OFSTED observation whilst delivering Uniformed Public Services at Level 3. Dedicated to implementing comprehensive student inclusivity in education and long-term success of all my learners combined with this I have the view and belief that education should be accessible for all, and all can achieve greatness given the necessary guidance and opportunities.Currently Coordinating the Adult Community Learning team at Bath College, where I coordinate over 300 courses and 30 Tutors to deliver the college's community provision. I was promoted to this position, where I set up and single handedly delivered, coordinated and managed the Princes Trust Team Programme a Nationally recognised self-development programme for 16–25-year young people who were NEET. 95% of all my learners are now in Education, Training or Employment, this is one of the highest positive outcome success rates in the country for the team programme. For my efforts I was awarded the Outstanding Newcomer award at the end of year staff awards which was voted for by my Line Manager and college Senior Management Team. I was recently promoted within the Community Learning team to Community Learning Coordinator, where I manage a team of 15 Tutors and implement the curriculum plan, build positive community collaborations to name a of the job responsibilities as well as oversee the success of the Prince’s Trust Team Programme in Bath & North East Somerset.
