As the "Wordpress Department Lead" at Bright Bridge Web I oversee all Wordpress projects / project managers. In weekly meetings all Department Leads discuss projects with our managment team including the CEO. I meet with clients to make site adjustments, welcome them to Bright Bridge, and update them on their website.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Management -- Organize all projects and project managers. -- Assign project managers websites and developers per workload. - Communication -- Update clients weekly on site condition and work completed. -- Provide a welcoming initial meeting to communicate both the clients needs and what Bright Bridge Web can do to help. -- Gather information regarding existing clients website from project managers. -- Update management team on all Wordpress projects. -- Contact development support from 3rd party plugins/apps.- Project management -- Keep ClickUp boards updated. -- Assign tasks to developers. -- Assure website meets clients need. -- Build out estimates for new projects. -- Meet with clients regularly for updates / site needs. -- Help developers with any coding issues. -- Develop websites -- Successfully hand off website to client- Develop websites -- Set up hosting / staging. -- Configure DNS records. ‐- Install Wordpress. -- Install / apply needed theme/plugins -- Develop needed custom code (PHP, Javascript, CSS, etc.). -- Communicate development needs with project manager.
