CurrentAnticipate, interpret, communicate and advise on regulatory and industry rules, codes and guidance, acting as a subject matter expert in financial promotions systems and controls ensuring the production of compliant marketing material.Deliver and enforce an efficient first line of defense capability for financial promotions, ensuring all marketing material is compliant and appropriately signed off to agreed SLAs and regulatory standards.Interpret, assess and respond to regulatory developments in order to define and develop appropriate sign-off criteria for financial promotions, in conjunction with group compliance, to ensure marketing materials are up to date and consistently applied and meet all compliance standards.Manage and deliver the provision of training and support to the marketing division to ensure that all regulatory aspects are considered during the production of promotional material prior to submission in order to ensure a 'right first time' approach. Manage, maintain and communicate decision and substantiation logs for approved marketing messages ensuring a comprehensive list of authorised marketing statements are readily available.Research, collate and interpret regulatory developments to support the delivery of media activity related to financial services.
