Senior Commercial Specialist at Magnox Ltd within the £1.4bn Plant and Structures Decommissioning Programme. Let NEC3 Framework Contracts for approx. £900m to support Plant and Structures and other internal decommissioning programmes; largest arrangements let by Magnox Ltd to date. Developed and implemented a varied range of package orders to support project delivery through these frameworks. Developed optimised timeline for Deplant and demolition activities as part of the magnox optimised decommissioning plan. Through optimising the timeline approximately £200m savings were identified.
