We had some of the very best developer consultants, who cared about making a difference in the world and cared about enabling people through technology.Premier Support for Developer was a key offering from Microsoft Services. Our team helped customers release modern solutions faster. We reduced the risk in solutions by ensuring they were based on best practices, were secure and used latest approaches for the entire life of the product. We provided a safety net if things go wrong.I was responsible for making sure our customers receive excellent value when they bought our services and that we helped them reach their business goals. I ensured that our team was made up of the best people in the industry and that everyone was relevant, growing and developing themselves and their career. I was accountable for our team's sales pipeline, that we efficiently managed our customers and delivered everything we have sold.

As a contractor I spent a year working in Privileged Access Security team. Key components of this role included: assessing requests where elevated access requirements were made, creating scripts to automate compliance auditing and SOX implementation, training administrative team.

The most awesome of times. I spent 4 months living in Canada and qualified as a Snowboard instructor.
