I Graduated from the University of Reading with a 2.1 in Business Economics and Undertook modules such as: Money and Banking, Financial Economics, Econometrics and Macro/Microeconomics.I have just completed a temporary role, employed by Knight Frank in which I was part of the residential lettings management team. I personally managed a portfolio of 60 properties with our Home Counties division towards the start of my time at Knight Frank. I then moved on to join the prime team where I have developed skills with instigating between high profile landlords and tenants who might not always see eye to eye. This role has taught me the importance of problem solving and getting to agreements in the form of deposit releases and maintenance issues whilst also having a firm hand on what is fair and advising all parties in a concise and informed manner. Working with Knight Frank has been a great stepping stone for the start of my career in real estate to which I hope to develop further when enrolling on my MSc Real Estate course at the Henley Business School in Reading this coming Autumn.
