As I transition from my internship into a part-time role, my learning experiences have continued to grow with ARC. I have taken an active role in building new FAVR reimbursement plans for new clients as well as building better programs for our current clients. I also perform annual reviews and consult clients on driver's reimbursements as mileage continues to change throughout the pandemic.

• Perform client reimbursement analysis under the FAVR (Fixed and Variable Rate) IRS Guidelines• Consult clients on FAVR Plan changes from year to year and project estimated total cost of each plan• Assist in the onboarding process of new clients to ensure smooth transition from current company reimbursement plans.

I formed this club with my cofounder, Abby Daniels, in the Spring of 2021. When we started we had 7 active members, this semester we have tripled the amount of active members and have the ability to organize tournaments and more practices for our members.This leadership opportunity has shown me how I can get others more involved on campus and lead a group of individuals who all have a similar interest.
