I've been a journalist, communications and marketing professional for more than 25 years. After a cadetship with Quest Newspapers in Brisbane and a stint on the business desk at Australian Associated Press (AAP) I headed off to London to work on the equities desk at Dow Jones Newswires.Upon returning to Brisbane in 2002 I left journalism to pursue my passion for small business and for more than 10 years I helped build one of Queensland’s most successful corporate communications firms. In 2014 I co-founded communications, content, creative and marketing business RGC Media & Mktng (rgcmm.com.au). RGC is a digital marketing agency with a particular focus on media, investor and public relations, content and digital branding and social media.After completing my MBA in 2012 I created news and information portal MBA News (mbanews.com.au). The site is now Australia's leading source of news, views and information about studying an MBA or EMBA in Australia. In 2020 we increased the footprint of MBA News with the launch of www.online-mba.com.au. In 2020 we expanded our publishing portfolio with the launch of Fixed Income News Australia (www.fixedincomenews.com.au)Whether is publishing my own sites or managing the profile of our many corporate clients, my passion is telling stories and linking those stories to measurable corporate goals.
