I'm super excited to announce that I have taken the plunge and, as of January 2024, have established Reilcom Technology Staffing.Having worked in the SAP staffing industry for the best part of a decade, I've long held the ambition to set my own course and introduce a truly service-orientated approach to both the client and consultant experience.Reilcom is focused primarily on SAP staffing across Europe. We also have core competencies within the areas of Infrastructure, Networks & Cloud, Cyber Security & Project Management.Through our brand values of Simplicity, Accountability, Service & Honesty, we aim to do things a little differently and shake the market up a bit!

In my new role as an Associate Director at Marlin Green, I am responsible for coordinating our service offering to some of our most strategic accounts..As Marlin Green develops as a business, we are placing more importance on expanding our already successful partnerships with some of our most important customers. As such, it is part of my job to strike up lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that our service offering is tailored according to their needs.My role also includes overseeing the expansion of our already broad network of IT Service Providers, to include new geographies and technologies. Specifically the expansion of our Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure & SAP networks within our existing European markets, as well as expanding our networks in the APAC & North American regions, and further afield in order to fulfill strategic placements for our global customers & partners.As an Associate Director, I am also a brand ambassador. I represent our business both internally and externally, and accurately portray our strengths to our existing clients, as well as supporting the business expand our presence in some of our newest customers.

As Sales Manager, I am responsible for not only delivering solutions to our customers, but I am now personally responsible for the performance and results of the London team.My primary focus is on developing Marlin Green's offering into Switzerland, and I am actively building both our client and candidate networks in the country. All new Business Development activities are focused on Switzerland, but I of course maintain existing relationships with valued customers from elsewhere in Europe. As we broaden our service offering, we are incorporating a wider choice of technology resources in addition to our traditional offerings, particular for the Swiss market and our new customers in the region.In addition, I am actively involved in recruiting for our internal teams as Marlin Green continues to grow across our 2 hubs in both London & Dusseldorf.Furthermore, I act as the SPOC for a number of our key accounts, and am overall responsible for the delivery into them.

As a Managing Consultant, I am now responsible for contributing to strategic business decisions, as well as taking a more hands on role with regards to managing the SAP DACH team.A major focus of mine is supporting the German office both in Dusseldorf and from London with training, strategic hires, as well as building out our local network within NRW.Focusing specifically on the DACH region, all new business development pieces remain in this geography, although I also assist Junior colleagues with with their business development activities across Europe and embed a best practice across the 2 offices.In addition, I spend more time visiting our customers across Europe to understand in more detail how we can contribute to their road map and expand our cooperation.

Building again upon successes achieved, as Principal Consultant I am focused on business development by tailoring our offering to fit the needs of our clients. Each customer has different needs. I am tasked with not only being a fully autonomous SAP recruitment specialist, but I also focus specifically on the NRW region of Germany in preparation for our German office opening in Düsseldorf on 23rd July. Now as a German SAP market specialist, new business development tasks occur exclusively within DACH (specifically NRW), although I of course additionally maintain all accounts elsewhere in Europe who I have a strong existing relationship with (predominantly in The Nordics). In addition, I spend more one on one time with Junior Consultants internally at Marlin Green, helping to coach them on best practice and offer advise where applicable.

After receiving my first promotion at Marlin Green, building upon the accounts I had opened, I was responsible for expanding our presence within those accounts, as well as targeting strategic partners within my core geography of DACH. In addition, I was assigned some key company accounts to expand and increase our presence within those.

Starting my career, I am responsible for building our relationships with specialist SAP freelance consultants within the European market in order to match job requirements to available candidates in the market. As I developed, I was also responsible for finding requirements across Europe from new clients and developing our relationships with those customers.
