• Provide short-term staffing solutions primarily focusing in partnership development, client retention, contract fulfillment, sport marketing, TV & radio management, and data entry• Assist businesses in performance reviews and provide audits through proof of performance checks• Create, manage, and complete RFP's for clients• Oversee the writing of grants for Hundley Consulting, including pre and post award management

• Fulfill benefits of corporate partner agreements for all Shocker Sports Properties accounts• Organize, set-up, and execute gameday hospitality for partners• Manage the billing for all Shocker Sports Properties accounts• Supervise the official watch parties for Shocker Athletics and Coaches Shows• Create, plan, and implement sponsor promotions, including in-game promotions with Shocker Athletics• Manage partner in-venue assets including the creation and execution of content through Daktronics• Design and distribute partnership proposals, proof of performance, and partnership recaps• Develop key marketing objectives and assist with the execution of traffic building promotions with partners

• Aid in the fulfillment of sponsorship elements, presentations, and entertainment• Assist with the management of partnership product revenue• Coordinate athletics related events to increase brand recognition both on-campus and in the community• Write and edit radio advertising for volleyball, women's basketball, baseball, and softball• Upload and manage sponsorship elements through Daktronics for men's basketball, women's basketball, and baseball • Lead the staffing of 13 in-office student workers and 25 game day interns• Supervise and assist in the implementation and startup of seasonal marketing plans for both men's and women's tennis

• Serve as sport manager for Wichita State Volleyball, including the development and activation of a seasonal marketing plan• Control the run of show to enhance the game day presentation by directing in-game elements, cutting and selecting house audio, creating and collecting video board content, and writing public address announcements• Research industry standards and help in the determination of Wichita State Athletics valuation within trade contracts, as well as updating and preparing trade contracts for renewals• Research apparel valuation to assist the ICAA in signing a new all-sport apparel contract with Under Armour, the highest grossing apparel contract for any NCAA D1-AAA university at the time of signing• Support in the creation and implementation of seasonal marketing plans for volleyball, women's basketball, men's basketball, softball, tennis, and baseball with a focus on increasing attendance and fan experience while generating revenue• Handle the ShockerManiacs social media accounts for Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram• Create a marketing plan for the ShockerManiacs student group and develop/manage the group's mobile app• Perform game day fan experience duties including in-game promotions, on-court/on-field recognition's , and fan giveaways

• Handle the selection and execution of in-venue music for team's open practices• Select and execute in-venue music for all games during both rounds at the Wichita host site

• Serve as game producer by controlling the run of show for both rounds at the Wichita host site, including but not limited to: house audio, video board content, on-court displays, band/spirit squads, and script editing
